Historical Preservation
If you have a home that's 108 years old, than you could be in need of exterior remodeling to preserve its historic value. For example on historic homes who ever said being beautiful was easy. The wood on the house has been through some rough times and just by looking at the skin of your wood you can tell. After over 100 years of painting you will notice some rough edges, cracked paint that the last painter from the last couple of decades couldn't scrap off.

Liquid Vinyl Siding is the only siding known today to help protect the old wood giving homeowners long-term protection. Our liquid vinyl siding is 12 times thicker than paint, yet its breathable enough for any paintable surface. The surface that has the frayed paint has to be sanded down in some cases to the bare wood, with out damaging the original board. Because your home is aged your going to need a veteran carpenter to do the wood replacement and be able to cover the architectural detail that is not prevalent in todays home's. Liquid Vinyl Attributes
Over 1,800 Colors- We have over 1,800 shades and colors to cast your home in. We can even color match your home if you want to keep the same color. Each color is custom and we don't charge you per color. While solid vinyl siding has only 20 or 30 colors to choose from, we have as many colors that you can imagine and more to customize your house.

Fills Small Cracks- Because of product thickness it has the ability to bridge the old cracks in the old wood. Any cracks in the house that are too big to bridge will be filled in with a lifetime caulking. The lifetime caulking will properly seal a large crack and then with the liquid siding sprayed over the you get the extra protection.

Mildew Resistant- Even the problems with mold and mildew on the side of the house that doesn't get the sun, worry no more. Even on the dark sides of the house will be protected. Mildew needs a porous surface to adhere to and the liquid siding is smooth. Smooth enough to resist mildew.

Waterproof- This is a two step process. First the house will be caulked and sealed. The house shouldn't have an area where water can cause the boards to pucker up. The Liquid Siding is thick and strong enough not allow the water to penetrate into the substrate.

Breathable- Liquid Siding is one-way vapor permeable, which simply means the liquid siding is strong enough repel water and allows the water vapors to escape. Because the house is sealed waterproof, liquid siding can save you money on your heating and cooling bills.

Satin Surface Appearance- Liquid Siding is aesthetically pleasing. With a medium-sheen the product has more life than flat paint. Depending on the color that you choose you can keep an appearance that will be noticeable for a lifetime.

Covers any surface- Liquid Vinyl is able to cover any paintable surface. Wood, Bricks, Concrete, Vinyl. Railings, Crown Moldings, Doors, Windows. Any surface that needs protection chances are that our product will be able to coat it.

Lifetime Warranty- Our warranty is a 50 year non-prorated, transferable warranty. If a customer would like to sell their house, they can move the warranty to the new customer. With the lifetime
warranty in the new customers hand's it will be good for 50 years from the date of purchase.

12x's Thicker Than Paint- Our product thickness is unsurpassed. The liquid siding is sprayed on between 20 to 25 mills and allowed to cure to 10 to 12 mills thick. 12 mills is like having 12 coats of paint.

Extreme Stretchability- We manufacture our Liquid Vinyl to be able to expand and contract after drying up to 100%. Its important that the Liquid Siding can still stretch after drying. Because your house expands and contracts during the different seasons. The stretchability will protect your wood during the highest levels of intensity that mother nature can muster.
