3 STEP APPLICATION PROCESS

There are only 3 steps in the application process. We have broken down each section to ensure customer satisfaction. We want to deliver exactly what you plan on receiving.

Step 1- During the first step application process the house must be power washed. Most companies think cleaning a house only consist of just getting a house wet. With our company we wash the house with a detergent that is designed to clean the surface of the house where the liquid vinyl coating will be applied. This detergent is a TSP (tri-sodium-phosphate). The detergent will be sprayed onto the house as a water based solution and allowed to penetrate into the wood or siding. This process will kill all bacteria to prevent regrowth threw the topcoat. All the old dirt on the house and old paint should will be knocked off the sides of the home during the power washing. If the house does not have a clean surface like we have discussed thus far than the application will be faulty. The liquid siding is only as good as the surface the coating is applied to. Now after the TSP solution has settled then you rinse it off with a power washer. While the house is washed we will usually start pulling rotten wood off the side of the house. Hidden rot will be reveled if any. When the house is dry, the professional installation crew will be laying down tarps to make insure over spray does not get on the plants. If there are any place's where extra rot is found than we will absorb the cost. Customer service starts with proper estimation.

Step 2- After you power wash the house as described in step one the house is ready to be bonded. We only use the best primer with our liquid vinyl. We have created a bonding agent that is designed to penetrate into the substrate. What this process does is give your house a surface that is acceptable. The bonding agent will be sprayed onto the house that is the equivalent to one coat of paint. The house will sit over night allowing the small particle technology the seep into the board to cure. Liquid Siding cannot be applied to any surface with out the bonding agent. There are other companies that will apply the siding without the bonding agent, this is a futile mistake. The liquid siding is a coating and the surface should be primed to a cure. While the house is being primed then caulking is being administered to the cracks and seams of your home. The house will be airtight and any old cracks in the old wood will be sealed as needed. On the parts of the home where the nail is past the skin of the board, even those areas will be filled in with caulking. Its a precaution taken to ensure that the liquid siding covers any area where water can penetrate into the wood.

Step 3- Now for the Grand Finale our Liquid Vinyl Siding Top-Coat. Your home at this point has been prepped professionally. The bonding agent has sat overnight and ready for top-coating. The liquid siding is applied with a sprayer. The reason why we use a spray is because of thicker millage. We spray the liquid siding on at 24 mills thick. The top coat will dry down from 24 mills to 12 mills thick. We feel the sprayer has better application and final finish. You can use a brush to apply the product but you can't apply the product as thick with a brush. When applying liquid siding it is imperative to have a professional applicator. Using the sprayer is not for faster application but for optimal performance. A sprayer can apply the product thicker and have a stroke free finish. Once the top coat is completed then it will be anywhere from 45 to 60 days for the Liquid Vinyl Siding to fully cure.

DURING THE COATINGS 3 STEP PROCESS
The 3 step process is done in such a way that no stone is left unturned. During each phase your home is checked by a quality inspector. The quality inspectors job is make sure that each step is done correctly to specifications. We are proud of our work but more importantly we want you to be happier than we are during the task at hand. Our installers are professionals and do not require the homeowner to follow us around to make sure every thing is fine. Thats why we have quality assurance to take care these things. If at all the customer feels that a phase has been un-properly administered, than its the job of our quality assurance to assure satisfaction. Once again the installers are pro's and more than likely have been coatings house's longer than our quality assurance. But as a precaution, we insist that a quality assurance person be at the customers request during any phase of the job.

Example of check list for quality assurance:
*Protect work area to avoid damage to furniture, plants, etc.

Quality Assurance is what sets us apart from any competition. We understand how important it is to reach a representative, and can't get the response they are looking for. Quality Assurance is not usually handled by a sales rep. But rather another company representative who has been with us for a while and understands the application process inside and out. Usually our QA's were former installers for liquid vinyl siding. Service is the name of the game in our industry. 25% of our business month to month is from referral services that our customers give to us.
